acre ranch set along the Dolores River, with 2-1/2 miles of private river
beaches and a world class swimming hole (June to August); private redrock

suitable for 1 to 4 adults (or more), plus two cabins with outdoor showers and
use of "historic" outhouse (or portable unit if preferred). Also,
three small units on the hillsides, suitable for semi athletic types (kids!) in
your group. Stall available for two horses. Rental horses and guided trail
rides. Kokopelli mountain bike trail (Grand Junction to Moab) passes within 3
miles of ranch. Calm water and wild water river trips available. |
